He holds Toshiba certifications in DK, CTX and CIX, Strategy Voicemail, IPedge and VIPedge business telephone systems. His other certifications include fiber optic splicing (Texas A&M), Structured Cabling System (Cabling Business Institute), Mitel MiVoice Business 3300, and CTP (Convergence Technologies Professional), and can handle virtually any computer network-related concern.
