  • Richard Raadt - President

    richard raadt presidentRichard started Radcom Technologies in 1986 and has over 30 years’ experience in the telecom industry. He studied at The State University of New York at Buffalo as well as The University of Texas at Dallas. He has certifications with Tom Hopkins, Dale Carnegie, and various other CPE courses and is excellent with bottom up management.

    Richard is a hands-on executive who oversees the entire operation including sales, order processing, purchasing, installation, and support but is diligent in delegating authority and directing his profitable company of over 28 years. He also oversees all functions of accounting from interfacing with his CFO, Bob Vickers, and the administrative staff handling accounts receivable and accounts payable, auditing, payroll, managing office expenses, and providing the best in HR benefits which including health, life, disability, longterm care, and 401k retirement.

    As president, he takes pride in steering his company for succession and sustainability. He believes his most important customers are his employees, which is one reason why he contributes to employee’s retirement plan. His second most important clients are the organizations that purchase products and service, his valued customers. He works to move his organization forward with continued business from existing clients and new customers seeking Radcom's expertise.  Richard strives to evolve processes better by investing in technology and managing internal functions so that they are completed efficiently while streamling expenditures.

  • Bob Vickers - Chief Financial Office

    Bob is responsible for all financial and HR functions for Radcom Technologies. He began his work at Radcom Technologies in 2008 after being a client of Radcom for over 15 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. He is a past member of the National Association of Accountants and a past board member of Kiwanis, Children’s Home of Bradford, and McKean County Human Resources Development Association. Bob has been in senior management for over 30 years and has managed and overseen all accounting functions for large companies for over 40 years.

  • Daryn McKinney - Vice President

    Daryn has over 30 years’ experience in telecom and has been with Radcom Technologies for 24 years. He works directly with Richard Raadt and together they steer the company in the direction to provide excellent support and technical competence. He is responsible for the service side of Radcom. This responsibility comprises all of service, new installations, additions, moves and changes, managing the entire technical staff, inventory, purchasing and managing all customer related concerns. He holds technical certifications with Microsoft, Mitel and all of the Toshiba systems including the IP Edge. Daryn has also completed Dale Carnegie’s leadership training. Daryn is very good in communicating with employees as well as the end user and has a true understanding of industry direction.

  • Carrie Onley - Senior Account Executive

    Carrie is a sales professional and business applications specialist with extensive experience in telecommunications. Manufacturer sales certifications include ESI, Avaya, Toshiba, Samsung, Mitel, and ShoreTel. She has an application driven, consultative sales approach focusing on client needs’ fulfillment and problem solving. Her expertise includes multiple applications for Tier 1 products, uniquely positioned to assist clients in identifying the best solution for their organization. She puts emphasis on long-lasting business relationships and helping customers grow their business.

    Carrie studied business administration at Stephen F. Austin University and has over 20 years of telecom experience. Her Toshiba certifications include IPedge Platinum Sales, CTX/CIX 100 Sales and Technical programming and Toshiba voice mail product line.

  • Stephen Schnorbus - Senior Account Representative

    Stephen studied business administration at Stephen F. Austin University and has over 20 years’ experience in telecommunications. His Toshiba certifications include IPedge Communications Specialist Platinum Level, VIPedge Cloud Telephone Sales, and Strata CIX Sales Professional Platinum Level. He is also a Certified Mitel Sales Professional.

    Stephen has been an employee of Radcom Technologies since 2010 and through Innovative Communication Systems has 16 years of tenure bridged to Radcom. He has received outstanding sales achievement in national account sales. As a senior account representative, Stephen services Radcom Technologies’ existing accounts by upgrading them to the latest technology as well as assisting customers with expanding and relocating their systems. He also helps fellow associates with configuring and licensing systems. His duties include coordinating and implementing system installations for national account clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area as well as across the United States.

  • Cody Rodgers - Senior Account Manager

    Cody started his career in the in telecom industry 40 years ago with ITT Corporation. He has worked for Radcom Technologies for over 21 years and has a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma University. He has various certifications for the Toshiba’s product line, sales training, and management training.

    Cody has successfully managed many aspects of Radcom including the sales department, the business operations, and management of the services provided by voice and data carriers and assisting the team with his expertise in Telco coordination. Educating the customers on how the business telephone system works and solves business challenges as well as how the implementation takes place is critical to Radcom’s success.

  • Paul Martinez - Installation Manager

    Paul has been managing the installation of data cabling and telephone system implementation in Dallas-Fort Worth as well as overseeing the installation technicians for Radcom Technologies and other organizations since 1999. Pauls’ combined tenure as an employee of Radcom is over seven years. He is a Panduit Certified Installer, and he holds a United States Air Force outside plant certification including copper and fiber optic wiring from Kelly AFB Texas. He has a certification as a communications cabling specialist, Sheppard AFB, Texas.  He also has Readiness Instructor Training certifications from Kessler AFB. Paul is an accomplished installation manager and a major benefit to managing all implementations for Radcom Technologies.

  • Jack Tabor - Senior System Engineer

    Jack has 35 years of industry experience and began work at Radcom Technologies in 1999. As a telephone programming and a Microsoft network specialist, he installs, troubleshoots, and maintains the business telephones systems, Microsoft computer networks, and is an exceptional educator of Radcom technical personnel as well as Radcom clients. He holds Toshiba certifications in DK, CTX and CIX, Strategy Voicemail, IPedge and VIPedge business telephone systems. His other certifications include fiber optic splicing (Texas A&M), Structured Cabling System (Cabling Business Institute), Mitel 3300, and CTP (Convergence Technologies Professional), and can handle virtually any computer network related concern. Today’s telecom world requires well rounded computer network knowledge.

  • Kevin Curran - Senior System Engineer

    For over 25 years, Kevin has worked in the telecom industry. He assists in sales, customer relations, product service, and installations. His Toshiba certifications include Stratagy Voice Mail systems, Media Applications Servers, DK, CTX and CIX Systems, ACD, IPedge pure VoIP business telephones systems, and the VIPedge cloud based system. He is also certified on the OAISYSTracer recording system, Taske Reporter, Mitel 3300, Structured Cabling Systems (Cabling Business Institute), and is a CTP (Convergence Technologies Professional). He has worked for Radcom Technologies since 1998 and began working in the technology industry in 1988.

  • Joe Thorn - Senior Systems Engineer

    With over 30 years of experience in the telecom industry, Joe is a certified technician on all Toshiba systems including the IPedge premise and VIPedge cloud based systems. Also certified in Mitel systems and Spectra link systems, he not only handles installations but also offers customers service and support on business telephones systems. Joe began working for Radcom Technologies in 2010 after Radcom’s acquisition of ICS Telephones where he worked 18 years. His duties also include programming and setting up new Toshiba IPedge business office phone systems. He serves the Radcom client by listening, solving concerns, and educating customers on how the systems operate. Joe has computer network experience that is required in the world of VoIP.

  • Pat Link - Administrative Manager

    Pat has over 30 years’ experience managing customer service and sales departments for major companies. She joined Radcom Technologies in 2012 and manages purchasing, inventory control, collections, customer relations, technical dispatching, and multiple aspects in accounting. Pat manages Radcom’s service and administrative departments.

  • Barbara Vlasak - Customer Service Representative

    Barbara has a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University. Her capabilities are many because the demands are varied within the service and support department at Radcom Technologies including accounts receivable, purchasing, inventory concerns, vendor communications, and client communications along with staging and shipping of client requested equipment. Barbara has been with Radcom since 2013.

  • Cindy Rodgers - Customer Service Representative

    Cindy has over 35 years’ experience as an executive assistant. At Radcom Technologies, Cindy strives to provide our clients the very best customer service experience. Her duties also include dispatching service and installation technicians, accounting, inventory, and assisting the sales department. Cindy has been with Radcom for her second time in her career and works with Pat and Barbara to make sure the service department does not miss a beat.

  • Cameron Cusker - Installation Technician

    Since 2004, Cameron has been installing business phone systems and data cabling in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is well versed in the installation of many products in the technology industry. Cameron has done work for Radcom for over four years and has been employed for over one year. Cameron is very particular in the installation procedure. He chooses to take a little longer to implement a job successfully the first time. Cameron is an example of the succession of Radcom and is studying the system programming for the Toshiba IPedge and CIX systems. He is also in the process of becoming a Panduit certified installer.

  • Robert Cedillo - Installation & Service Technician

    Robert has been with Radcom for over six years. His industry experience exceeds 20 years as an installation and programming service technician. Robert states that his employment with Radcom allows him to focus on his telecom future.

    He implements and services voice and data infrastructure and business phone systems in varied commercial applications in Dallas Fort Worth and explains complicated telecom concepts to non-technical professionals well.

    Experienced in the design and configuration of Toshiba hardware and software applications, Robert is Belden and Corning fiber certified and plans on becoming certified as a Panduit Certified Installer as well as a Toshiba VoIP systems installer.

  • Todd Stoltz - Installation Technician

    Todd has worked for Radcom for over one year and is an accomplished tradesman in many commercial and residential installations as well as service for over 20 years. He has managed installers and implementations of many projects including tile, stone, concrete, HVAC, and plumbing. His capabilities have led Todd to the telecom industry, which offers opportunity for education in the world of VoIP. Todd says that he finds the telecom industry exciting and full of opportunity to learn and grow. With Radcom Technologies, he continues his training as a service and programming technician. Todd will become a Panduit certified installer and is in line to become a Toshiba VoIP certified installer.
