richard raadt president Richard started Radcom Technologies in 1986 and has over 40 years’ experience in the telecom industry. He studied at The State University of New York at Buffalo as well as The University of Texas at Dallas. He has certifications with Tom Hopkins, Dale Carnegie, and various other CPE courses and is excellent with bottom up management.

Richard is a hands-on executive who oversees the entire operation including sales, order processing, purchasing, installation, and support but is diligent in delegating authority and directing his profitable company of over 37 years. He also oversees all functions of accounting from interfacing with his CFO, Bob Vickers, and the administrative staff handling accounts receivable and accounts payable, auditing, payroll, managing office expenses, and providing the best in HR benefits which including health, life, disability, longterm care, and 401k retirement.

As president, he takes pride in steering his company for succession and sustainability. He believes his most important customers are his employees. His second most important clients are the organizations that purchase products and service, his valued customers. He works to move his organization forward with continued business from existing clients and new customers seeking Radcom's expertise.  Richard strives to evolve processes better by investing in technology and managing internal functions so that they are completed efficiently while streamlining expenditures.

Bob is responsible for all financial and HR functions for Radcom Technologies. He began his work at Radcom Technologies in 2008 after being a client of Radcom for over 15 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. He is a past member of the National Association of Accountants and a past board member of Kiwanis, Children’s Home of Bradford, and McKean County Human Resources Development Association. Bob has been in senior management for over 30 years and has managed and overseen all accounting functions for large companies for over 40 years.

Daryn has over 38 years of experience in telecom and has been with Radcom Technologies for 33 years. He works directly with Richard Raadt and together they steer the company in the direction to provide excellent support and technical competence. He is responsible for the service side of Radcom. This responsibility comprises all of service, new installations, additions, moves, and changes, managing the entire technical staff, inventory, purchasing, and managing all customer-related concerns. He holds technical certifications with Microsoft, Mitel, and all of the Toshiba systems as well as Yeastar and Yealink. Daryn has also completed Dale Carnegie’s leadership training. Daryn is very good at communicating with employees as well as the end user and has a true understanding of industry direction.

Jack has 35 years of industry experience and began work at Radcom Technologies in 1995. As a telephone programming and a Microsoft network specialist, he installs, troubleshoots, and maintains the business telephone systems, Microsoft computer networks, and is an exceptional educator of Radcom technical personnel as well as Radcom clients. He holds Toshiba certifications in DK, CTX and CIX, Strategy Voicemail, IPedge and VIPedge business telephone systems. His other certifications include fiber optic splicing (Texas A&M), Structured Cabling System (Cabling Business Institute), Mitel MiVoice Business 3300, and CTP (Convergence Technologies Professional), and can handle virtually any computer network-related concern. Today’s telecom world requires well-rounded computer network knowledge.

Darrell has been in telecom and has 30 years experience after attending Anaheim Associated Technical College. He has been certified on many products over the years, still utilizing his certifications on the Toshiba and Yealink systems. Darrell is a valuable asset to Radcom handling many responsibilities including both on-site and inside service and support.

Pat has over 40 years’ experience managing customer service and sales departments for major companies. She joined Radcom Technologies in 2012 and manages purchasing, inventory control, collections, customer relations, technical dispatching, and multiple aspects in accounting. Pat manages Radcom’s service and administrative departments.

Bryan has been a network category 6 cabling and telecom installation technician. He has completed installations and service for Radcom since 2010 and has been employed by our certified team for 8 years. Bryan’s responsibilities include Client consultation of low voltage wiring projects including the buildout of end users computer rooms and data centers. He has handled installation throughout Texas. Bryan takes exceptional pride in his installation and considers his work impeccable. Bryan Cook is one of Radcom’s best and a stable employee that responds to the end users individual requirements.
